FOR STUDENTS
• Submit a request to your department in under two minutes — currently enrolled students, graduates and PhD candidates.
• Attach up to 6 files (PDF or photos): transcripts, certificates, proof.
• Get a tracking number and a PDF receipt; follow every step (Received, In review, Action required, Solved) and read the department's replies.
• If the department needs a missing document, you see exactly which one and send it from the app after a 6-digit code emailed to you — only the real owner of the request can add to it.
• Instant answers to common questions, written by the department's staff.
• Grade calculator: module, unit, semester and year averages, credits, "what mark do I need" — from the official programmes validated by your department (works offline; your marks stay on your phone).
• News from your faculty and from the university (univ-blida.dz).
• "My requests" keeps every request on your phone. Email at each step.

FOR STAFF
A secure area (login provided by the faculty) to process requests on the go: dashboard, filters (status, level, enrolled/graduated, overdue), request details with attachments, status updates and replies, asking students for documents, automatic answers (FAQ) and grouped repeated questions, news publishing.
