Our 50 minute Group Reformer Pilates classes focus on the Pilates fundamentals- breath, technique & alignment. We endeavor to practice Pilates with precision. Stripping it right back & focusing on these 3 elements allows participants to see the true benefits of Pilates and get the ultimate whole body workout.
