Supervisors (Nigran) can review relevant reports and activities according to the established hierarchical structure to ensure effective guidance and supervision.

Tazkiyah collects only the information necessary for organizational functionality, including user identity details (such as name and email for authentication), assigned roles or categories, and task-related progress data. Limited technical information such as device type, usage statistics, and error logs may be collected to improve app performance and security. The application does not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric identifiers, financial details, or media files.

The application uses Firebase services for authentication and secure data storage. Data is used strictly for internal organizational purposes, including accountability, training management, reporting, and system improvement. User data is never used for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes and is not sold, rented, or shared publicly. Data visibility is restricted to authorized organizational supervisors and technical service providers when necessary.

Tazkiyah follows privacy-first principles and provides users with full control over their data. Members can deactivate their accounts through the app, triggering permanent and irreversible deletion of their profile, tasks, notes, and activity records, along with removal of their authentication credentials. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect user data, although no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

The application is intended for female students aged 13 and above who are registered members of Islami Jamiat Talibat Pakistan. By using Tazkiyah, users agree to comply with organizational policies and applicable privacy practices. Updates to the privacy policy may be made periodically and will be reflected within the app.
